Module 2: Start Doing
As a leader, we all have blind spots and don't realize all of the small things we aren't doing that we if we start doing today, would make a huge difference.
Module 3: Stop Doing
We get stuck in patterns of behavior that don't serve us well and we don't know we are even doing them. This segment shines a flashlight on such patterns and helps identify them for you so you can stop doing those things that are preventing you from being the best leader you can be.
Module 4: Throwing Grenades - Giving Feedback
Sometimes we give feedback when it's convenient for us instead of when it's most effective. This is not only unwise and unstrategic, it's destructive. In this segment, we learn how and when to give feedback so that it is productive and makes a positive difference.
Module 5: Use Your Legs - Receiving Feedback
When we receive feedback from someone who doesn't know how to give it, sometimes it hits us like a boulder. This segment helps us understand how we can choose how to respond so we don't have to react in a way that ruins our personal brand.
Module 6: This is Your Brain on New Habits
In this segment, you receive non-invasive tools to get your brain used to your new habits.
Module 7: What do I do Next?
This is the invitation for what to do next after you have been reminded of information you may have known from the past and learned new information to propel you forward.
