Design Thinking, a problem solving approach pioneered by IDEO, is a highly effective and versatile methodology that enables individuals and organizations to creatively solve problems and leverage the outcomes to address a wide range of challenges.
By embracing Design Thinking, individuals and organizations can unlock their creative potential and generate unique ideas that can be translated into practical and impactful business strategies.
Rooted in project thinking, Design Thinking aims to deliver implementable creative solutions by fostering a collaborative and iterative process. This approach encourages cross-functional teams to work together, leveraging their diverse perspectives and expertise to generate innovative solutions. By bringing together individuals from different backgrounds and disciplines, Design Thinking promotes a holistic approach to problem solving, ensuring that all aspects and potential implications are considered.
One of the key advantages of Design Thinking is its adaptability, making it suitable for both startups and large corporations. This flexibility allows organizations to navigate complex and rapidly changing environments, ensuring that their solutions remain relevant and effective. Whether it's creating new products or finding innovative solutions to existing challenges, Design Thinking offers a universal framework that encourages creativity and problem solving.
Design Thinking goes beyond traditional problem solving methods by emphasizing empathy and human-centered design. It encourages individuals and organizations to deeply understand the needs and desires of the end-users or customers, enabling them to develop solutions that truly meet their requirements. This user-centric approach not only enhances the effectiveness of the solutions but also fosters customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Furthermore, Design Thinking promotes a culture of experimentation and learning from failure. It encourages individuals and organizations to embrace a mindset of continuous improvement, where failures are seen as valuable learning opportunities rather than setbacks. This iterative approach allows for rapid prototyping and testing, enabling quick iterations and refinements to the solutions.
Design Thinking offers a comprehensive and adaptable problem solving approach that empowers individuals and organizations to overcome obstacles, drive innovation, and ultimately achieve their goals. By following this approach, they can tap into their creative potential, generate unique ideas, and develop practical and impactful strategies that address the ever-evolving challenges of today's dynamic business landscape.

- I rated so since I am eager to build my next design following the “iteration process”. I am really thrilled by the idea for and with “the people”. Well, after going through the whole process of MTI (I will definitely take that test) and so many effective brainstorming methods had left me shocked as I had no idea about these things. The experience was really enlightening. Halfway through my favorite was the case studies. “SPOILER ALERT!!!” (Especially the KItKat one). Then came the whole prototype steps from scratch to finish, which was so smoothly explained like a nice ladder to climb. The software explanation at the end of the whole course is really effective for a new learner like I and the trivia at the end of each lecture was “real icing on the cake”. I am not exaggerating, I really liked it. It is a must for everyone who wants to develop their creative minds in design thinking or for leaders having a hard time to lead there team properly. Thanks to the instructor please make more engaging contents like this ~ Shadab W
- The course is indeed mind bending and has made me realize how little I know about the ways to problem-solving in both my personal and professional life. The course work itself is both rich in its content as well as easily practical for anyone in today's world ~ Safwan A
- An eye-opening course in Design Thinking! Well explained! I certainly learned a lot in regards to the topic and plan on using this process in my future projects. Wish there will an advanced level coming soon. Thank you for this share of knowledge! ~ Sabs

- Yes, I enjoyed the course. Although the concept of design thinking is new to me, it's refreshing to learn something new especially the stages of design thinking (emphasize, define, ideate, prototype and test). What's even more interesting is the use of case studies and examples that I could easily relate with. I also enjoyed the different approaches under the ideate stage. I love SCAMPER the most. Thank you! ~ F Oyibotie
- Thanks so much for your very valuable training. I really enjoyed it, and appreciated that you made it fun! I feel much better prepared to deal with uncomfortable issues. Thank you for your wisdom, experience, and personable presentation ~ Rana A
- i am a serial entrepreneur, this course has given me more insight through design thinking. i actually understand people more through pyschology and personalities, the tutor made it easier for the students by creating a detailed process and even give chance for everyone to test for their personality. Whether you are a business owner or not this course is one of the best you can get for that price, I actually found out that my personality as an entrepreneur which belongs to "explorers" categories, tells me more about myself, life, relationship and many more. This course is the best ever ~ A Opeyemi
- I personally found the lecture very engaging and the instructor has clarity instructions and case studies were interesting. One of the major plus points of this particular course is that it provides resources and opportunities for different learners to interact with each other and work on an idea. This is great because no one can establish a big business on his own there is always a need for collaboration. Many of the concepts are explained pretty well with the help of examples that are very common. The graphical representation or illustration of the entire process makes the process pretty easy to understand from the very start to the very end. I would personally like to recommend this course to anyone who is trying to understand an effective process for problem-solving by the use of design thinking ~ Sehar W
