Numerous individuals simply respond to life's challenges with fear, anxiety, avoidance, or increased effort. There seems to be no guiding force behind these reactions. The initial module aims to educate you on tapping into the leader within you – referred to as your 'True Self'. This aspect represents your most resilient self, yet it often remains concealed, with most individuals unaware of how to access it when it is truly needed. This module will equip you with the means to access it whenever necessary, unlocking your true power.
Understanding Your Blind Spots (FEARS)
In this section, you will gain insight into prevalent fear responses exhibited by individuals, such as Anxiety, Seeking Approval, and Overexertion in trying to validate oneself. I refer to these fear responses as individuals' 'Blind Spots' since they often go unnoticed when displayed. You will have the opportunity to recognize your primary two Blind Spots, understand the reasons behind your actions, and find encouragement in realizing that these behaviors do not define you, but are simply ingrained memories from childhood.
