About Leonard Chan

With over a span of 15 years as a Senior Executive in the (re)insurance industry, providing consulting expertise to general insurance organizations in the Asia region, I was instrumental in helping them formulate strategies which best managed their risk exposures. I also firmly believe in a path of continuous learning journey, as such providing training to both external clients and internally within my own organization was a role I was always very passionate about.

I've been an entrepreneur over the last 11 years, deriving great satisfaction in helping clients deal with challenges in an ever fast changing and dynamic environment.

Having been a mentor to many individuals throughout my career, I was also invited to be on the NTU Mentoring Program.

I'm also a certified Coach with ICF. I believe this will enable me to further assist clients to gain deeper awareness of themselves, their business practices, clarity, create solutioning and achieving the desired results for themselves.
