Leonard has been an entrepreneur over the last 11 years, deriving great satisfaction in helping clients deal with challenges in an ever fast changing and dynamic environment.
He obtained his Coaching certification in 2019 from International Coaching Federation (ICF) as he believes this will enable him to further assist clients to gain deeper awareness of themselves, their business practices, clarity, create solutioning and achieving the desired results for themselves.
Leonard is currently the co-founder of Uplyrn.
