About Sunku Saarthak

Hi 👋, my name is Sunku Saarthak and I am currently pursuing my BTech at JNTUA College of Engineering Anantapur 🎓. I am deeply passionate about Android development 📱 and education 📚. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to organize and speak at several events where I educated people about Android Material Design and Jetpack Compose 🗣️. I am proud to say that I have been recognized by Google as one of the top 10 Android Educators in India 🏆 and have had the privilege of teaching over 1000 students in various regions in India 🇮🇳.

My technical expertise goes beyond full-stack development, with a strong foundation in Java and GitHub 💻. I have worked extensively with tools such as Kotlin, Firebase, FCM, Ar-Core, Room, and Jetpack Compose 🛠️.

I am a self-starter and always eager to take initiative to contribute to the team's success 🚀. I have already made contributions to open source in HacktoberFest, completing 4 PRs, and continue to actively contribute 🌟.

Apart from my technical skills, I am also an educator and community builder 👥. Together with a friend, I started a community to educate people about technology and events happening around the world 🌎. We have also started a fellowship-type program where we train 30+ students in different domains such as web, android, and cloud ☁️. Over the years, we have organized many workshops and events, including two weeks of full Android and Cloud workshops in different colleges and meetups to discuss and solve issues 💡.

As an Android Developer and Educator, I enjoy educating people around me 🤓. I have been a speaker at DevFest Vizag 2023 and Android Campus Fest at Mysore, where I have educated people about Android Material Design and Jetpack Compose 🎤. My work has a practical impact, such as developing an application for my college that generates study certificates for students, including attendance and academic records 📜. This application has been adopted by all 400 students at the college 👨‍🎓👩‍🎓.
