It has been an incredible and challenging journey. I have met some of the most amazing and talented mentors out there. They’ve shifted my perceptions, helped me mould my craft, and unravel my potential.
We are all so complex and filled with experiences; it is fascinating to see groups of people come together and achieve. It is one of my most favorite things in life. It’s momentous!
Accomplishing the "coming together", however, does not come easy to us. As people, we are a force to be reckoned with, sometimes a ticking time bomb.

- Knowledge transfer is what creates sustainability for a business, so build a mechanism for it.
- People are not idiots. They know how you feel and what you think about them.
- Transparency is created through continuous feedback and dialogue.
- Money is not the most excellent motivator out there, especially to people who want to be of value.
- You have to know the business you manage inside and out; the secrets to success are in the details.
