AutoSuggestions is a powerful technique to befriend your mind. AutoSuggestions is the idea that a thought, repeated many times, will eventually form into a belief.
The thought could be a positive thought or a negative thought. We would be in the right path if our thoughts are aligned properly and we will move even faster in the wrong direction if our thoughts are negative.
"Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; it becomes your destiny." - Lao-Tze
All Auto-Suggestions are powerful and the two most powerful Auto-Sugestions are:
"I AM BLESSED & I AM GRATEFUL TO ALL THOSE WHO ARE MAKING ME BLESSED."
Think I am blessed with a good family (think you are blessed even if you don’t have a family!).
Think I am blessed, I am doing whatever I like to do (Think I am blessed, I have the ability to make whatever I do better, if you still don’t like whatever you are doing).
Think I am blessed to have good health (and blessed that I have the power to make myself healthy).
Think I am blessed with whatever I got in my life with contentment and think I am blessed to have an ambition to aspire for more.
Reinforce these two thoughts whenever you get up from bed, whenever you go to bed and whenever you get time in your daily life, Program these thoughts as the background for your meditation session. YOU WILL BECOME TRULY BLESSED SOON.
I read a post in LinkedIn by Abinaya Devi S V tagged to me. It is quite interesting and would like to mention the same here:
“The π©π¨π°ππ« π¨π π²ππ is impactful π€. You might include them in the final sentence while you speaking to give yourself a good impression and encouragement.
π πππ§'π ππ¨ π’π ...π²ππ
π ππ¦ π§π¨π π π¨π¨π ππ π°π«π’ππ’π§π ... π²ππ
Very impactful thought. Thank You Abinaya. Even more powerful thought would be
I feel blessed for whatever I could do so far and I am blessed that I have the AMBITION TO DO IT.

Ancient Indian poet MahakaviKalidasa shared profound insights on the gift of living fully in the present. His lyrical verse “Look to This Day” beautifully captures the essence of being grounded in the here and now rather than dwelling on past regrets or future worries.
Kalidasa sees today as the most vital point, urging us to immerse ourselves completely in the privilege of simply being alive. Reconnecting with his timeless wisdom can inspire much-needed presence amidst our chaotic times.
For yesterday is already a dream and tomorrow is only a vision;
but today, well-lived, makes every yesterday a dream of happiness and
every tomorrow a vision of hope.
Look well, therefore, to this Day.
Such is the salutation of the Dawn. - Mahakavi Kalidasa, Translated from Sanskrit
LOOK WELL THEREFORE, TO THIS DAY.
What a great way to start the day..
Another reason to orient and bolster our thoughts is the belief, according to most of the religions, that GOD lives inside each one of us.
Whilst we cannot live in a dirty environment even for a minute, how can we expect the almighty to live in a dirty inner self? That is the single most important reason to purify and bolster our thoughts. So, instead of wasting time and energy in fighting for who is that almighty, let us expand and clean our mind for that almighty to enter and live there.
A story for sure in the next episode..

Feel blessed that you had wonderful Teachers in your life. There would be numerous teachers, mentors and role models. Remember and be grateful to them on this Teacher’s Day.
Feel blessed if you could be a teacher for someone in your life and if not elevate yourself to a position that you could be a teacher to some. Lord Krishna is the greatest teacher the world has seen as he taught us life's secrets through his Bhagavad Gita. Let us celebrate Janmashtami as pranams to the greatest teacher in our life.
