With 20 years of progressive experience mainly the electrical utility industry, I am a seasoned leader and development specialist. In July 2023, I founded RK Leadership with a mission to provide personalized coaching & training sessions and tailored strategies to enhance the leadership skills and mindset of aspiring and established leaders across various sectors and domains.
As a Professional Engineer, MBA, and LLM, I possess all-embracing theoretical and practical knowledge of leading project teams, operational efficiency, relationship management, change and HSE management, mergers and acquisitions, and business process improvement. My track record includes successfully leading and delivering large projects with budgets up to $150M, consistently surpassing all goals in service and project management.
Throughout my career, I have been recognized with multiple awards and honors for my outstanding contributions and service to the IEEE and the utility industry.
