At the outset, we delve into the foundational principles of systems theory. Subsequently, we explore the systemic mindset and constructivism. We also address the question of whether systemic leadership can be considered a consulting service, and emphasize the need to differentiate between teams, groups, and organizations. This is followed by a critical self assessment of essential soft skills and internal and external perception.
