I'm a son of a super mom, a pharmacy graduate who started a profession in Health Care, turned into a Trainer and now a Digital coach. I have 9+ years of Experience in Coaching and Training people. After spending nearly a decade in the corporate world, I have come up with a few tips and strategies. I have struggled a lot to learn, to understand, to adopt than to implement, which helped me to build self-confidence and now I thought it's worth sharing my learnings with you.
