What you'll learn

Requirements

The ingredients needed are: 

For Naan

  • All purpose flour – 2 cups
  • Salt – per taste
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Yogurt – 125 mL
  • Yeast – 2 tsp
  • Water – ½ cup
  • Milk – 1 cup (lukewarm)

For Bhatura

  • 2 tbsp of semolina (suji)
  • 2 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1 cup of lukewarm water
  • 4 tbsp of plain yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • 1 tsp of Eno
