In Section Three, we delve into the emergency control organization - terminology may vary, but this part of the organization is responsible for responding to emergencies. Understanding its functioning is crucial for grasping your role and responsibilities during an emergency.
Section Four guides us through the essential considerations for our emergency response procedures, serving as a starting point for addressing any existing gaps in these protocols within your organization.

It covers leadership, effective communication during emergencies, maintaining composure under pressure, improving situational awareness safety, and provides practical decision-making exercises for emergency scenarios.
